Baguio city is living in the ice age...

I say this because of all Highly Urbanized city, only BAGUIO City has the oldest un-upgraded website ever! All you can see are press releases and nothing more. If your kid is given an assignment on who are the members of the city council, you kid will probably end up writing the politicians way way way back 2006.

Maybe the Baguio city has no budget for a P600 website update... but the officials have millions worth of luxury cars... hay naku Baguio...
